T4Tangerine is an AI strategy and consulting practice based in Luxembourg. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean T4Tangerine.

What data we collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services:

• Contact information — email address, name, and company name when you fill in a form on our site (AEO scanner, MCP brief, waitlist, or booking form)
• Project details — website URL, industry, keywords, platform information, and other details you voluntarily provide through our forms
• Booking information — scheduling details when you book a call through our Calendly integration

How we use your data

• To generate and deliver your AEO visibility report or MCP connector brief
• To send the report to your email if you opt in
• To schedule and conduct discovery calls
• To notify you about services you've expressed interest in (e.g. waitlist)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

AI-generated content

Our AEO visibility reports and MCP connector briefs are generated using AI (Anthropic's Claude). The information you submit through our forms is sent to the Anthropic API to generate your report. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Reports are AI-generated and provided for informational purposes only.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI report generation
• Google Sheets API — storing form submissions
• Calendly — call scheduling
• SMTP (email) — sending reports to your inbox

Cookies & tracking

We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our pages. We do not monitor your browsing behaviour.

However, data you voluntarily submit through forms (email, company details, project information) is stored and processed as described above.

The single cookie we set:

• cookies (localStorage) — stores your accept/decline choice so we don't show the banner again

Data retention

We retain your contact information and form submissions for as long as necessary to provide our services and follow up on your inquiry. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
